Tajima has been with Skanska for 10 years. Five were spent on the construction team, and then five with the commercial development team. They have undergraduate degrees in architecture and construction management from the University of Washington and a Masters in Architecture from Harvard University. - Murray Crampton, Director, Commercial Real Estate, Vulcan
Murray leads Vulcan’s commercial development sector, where he is responsible for the product strategy and delivery of office projects. He played a key role in Vulcan’s entry into the Bellevue market, including by overseeing two million SF of build-to-suit office space for Amazon. Murray was previously at Lendlease in Sydney, where he worked on some of Australia’s largest urban regeneration projects. - Eugene Gershman, CEO, GIS Companies
Gershman is a seasoned business executive with nearly 20 years of experience in real estate and construction. His expertise ranges from finance to technology and he prides himself with ongoing search for innovation and growth.
