The BDA Land Use & Livability Committee is an advisory group to the BDA Board of Directors tasked with issues and policies related to the building and sustaining Downtown's vibrancy such as land use code updates, project permitting, open spaces, and urban design.
Meetings are open to all BDA members and held the first Wednesday of each month except for January and August. Agendas are organized by BDA staff with oversight from the Committee Co-chairs who report to the BDA Board of Directors.
