At Habitat for Humanity Seattle–King & Kittitas Counties (Habitat SKKC), we’re committed to building strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership. As the largest Habitat affiliate in Washington, we address the pressing affordable housing crisis in the Seattle region by constructing new homes, revitalizing neighborhoods, and preventing displacement. Since 1986, we've provided over 900 housing solutions, and with a pipeline of 300 new units, we’re on track to serve more than 1,000 families by 2025.

 In a region where home prices have skyrocketed, our mission is critical. We empower low-income families with the opportunity to own homes, fostering financial security and long-term stability. We repair homes, especially for seniors, helping them to age in place. Our programs don’t just build homes—they build futures. Our goal is to serve more than 200 households per year by 2030, ensuring that homeownership remains a pathway to success for generations to come.
