MOTO Pizza
It’s true…Seattle institution MOTO Pizza is making its debut on the Bellevue scene! Known for creative (and sometimes outlandish) pizza flavors, MOTO offers deep dish, Detroit-style pies. Locally founded and based, the pizza joint prides itself on its dedication to reducing its carbon footprint. 80% of the produce used to make the pies is self-grown, foraged, or sourced from hydroponic farms.
Check out the self-proclaimed “Odd Pizza” later this summer and get a taste of their signature “Beef Adobo” and “Clam Chowdah” slices. The restaurant is slated for the first floor outside of Nordstrom.
Rivian
Electric vehicle manufacturer Rivian is set to open a new storefront in Bellevue Square in the upcoming months. The location will feature models of the company’s electric vehicles, increasing brand awareness and offering customers a way to become acquainted with the popular cars taking eco-consciousness to new heights.
While no vehicles can be purchased on site, the space seeks to spark interest through educational displays and user-friendly experiences. Currently, Rivian only utilizes an online car purchasing portal. For those interested in looking before they buy, the new Bellevue showroom will offer the opportunity for potential customers to enjoy an in-person, tailored experience.
Tom Bihn
Seattle-based designer bag brand is coming to Bellevue Square this summer! The company’s namesake, Tom Bihn, founded his business under core beliefs of sustainability and has remained local since its conception. As such, all the brand’s products are designed and manufactured right across the water in Seattle’s Industrial District.
Known for its high-end, durable bags for every occasion, Tom Bihn uses premium materials and is transparent about the company’s ethical practices. Every bag is lovingly handcrafted and is individually geared for travel, work, or everyday use.
