Avenue Bellevue/InterContinental Hotel is Now Open

Avenue Bellevue and the InterContinental Hotel have officially shed its "under construction" status. Now open on the corner of NE 8th Street and Bellevue Way, the luxurious residential tower and hotel brings 365 residential units,208 hotel rooms, 12,000 square feet of gala space and extravagant amentias like Rolls Royce house car and dedicated butler service.

If you're not looking to buy a home or go on a staycation, the 73,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space built into Avenue Bellevue and InterContinental Hotel may peak your interest -- all within walking distance of The Bellevue Collection, Bellevue Downtown Park, Old Bellevue and other beloved spots in Downtown.
