Fall has finally arrived and that means the wait is over... Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) season is back! In Downtown Bellevue, we have a variety of coffee shops serving up the delicious taste of pumpkin that you’ve been anticipating all year long. Here’s five spots where you'll find a quality PSL this season.
Cafe Cesura
Cafe Cesura has been serving coffee lovers in Downtown Bellevue since 2011 with a motto of "drink good coffee, do good things with your hands." Owner Shawn Nickerson sources, roasts and brews the coffee in-house. It's no wonder their PSL is so great. We recommend enjoying it with a side of their fresh pumpkin scone.
Anchorhead Coffee Co.
Located in the center of downtown, step into Anchorhead Coffee and discover the dark interior, friendly staff delicious brewed coffee. Their unique Pumpkin Stuffed Latte is a bit different from the rest. It's made with housemade syrup containing pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, ground ginger, all spice, vanilla bean paste, brown sugar and maple. It's deliciously spiced and sweet, creating the perfect fall drink.
Dote Coffee Bar
Easily accessible and always delicious, Dote Coffee Bar is run by longtime coffee veteran Sarah Doud and internationally renowned chocolatier Ewald Notter. Just like everything else on their menu, the Pumpkin Spice Latte at Dote is something special. It's made with their housemade pumpkin spice ganache, a double shot of espresso, and your choice of dairy. Combine it with their apple tart for the ideal fall pairing you can't find anywhere else.
Woods Coffee
Woods Coffee was established in 2002 by the Herman family. With a dream of starting a chain of coffee shops, they pulled together their talents and resources to create the beloved coffee chain in Washington State. When the fall season comes around, they always offer a delicious Pumpkin Spice Latte. To truly get your pumpkin fix, grab a pumpkin cream cheese loaf while you're there. (There's never too much pumpkin!)
Starbucks
Of course, the tried and true Starbucks PSL. We had to include the classic choice here. Grab a cup and taste the Starbucks magic made with their signature espresso and celebrated flavor combination of pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. Enjoy it with whipped cream and real pumpkin pie spices!
