Now that the 2 Line trains are open, Fogo De Chao’s Brazilian meat carving experience in Downtown Bellevue is only a few stops away. “The opening of the 2 Line on the Eastside will make it much easier for people to move around, hopefully alleviating traffic in Bellevue,” Villoria Siegert said. “I took the first ride on opening day, and I can already see how this mode of transportation will benefit our staff and business – and of course, giving more people a chance to stop by at Fogo De Chao and see what we have to offer.”

The steakhouse currently offers 17+ different cuts, 250 award-winning wine bottles and over 50 market table ingredients. Villoria Siegert stated while the abundance of food is important to any restaurant, the true essence of the steakhouse is the overall excellent hospitality that they continue to provide – both inside and outside their four walls. Since opening in 2017, Fogo De Chao has continued actively participate in the community through event tabling, donations and more. Their proudest endeavor has been their partnership with No Kids Hungry, matching every $5 donation with a $25 gift card towards two churrasco dinners. Villoria Siegert said it’s something they don’t hesitate to do, especially because the Bellevue community continues to support them in numerous ways.

“The only way we can thrive is through the support the community has given us,” he said. “The marketing partnerships through the amazing organizations like the Bellevue Downtown Association, The Bellevue Collection, Visit Bellevue, and Bellevue Chamber of Commerce continues to be a reason why we are able to call Downtown our home.”
