Steve Mylett | Bellevue Chief of Police
Chief Mylett joined Bellevue PD in 2015, bringing with him a decades-long career in law enforcement. As Chief, he oversees a department of more than 200 sworn officers and civilian staff while setting the strategies and direction for the agency. Prior to Bellevue, he led several departments in Texas, where he built a reputation for championing community-focused policing, and during one tenure, helped reduce property crime by 30%.
