- From 8 pm – 5 am, one right lane going from NE 10th to NE 4th
August 11 – August 12 at 5 am
- Southbound mainline lanes
- Northbound I-405 HOV off-ramp
- HOV on-ramp to I-405 northbound from NE 6th St
- Southbound I-405 off-ramps to NE 4th St
- Eastbound NE 8th St on-ramps to southbound I-405
August 16 at 10 pm – August 18
- One right lane on northbound I-405 from NE 8th to Main St
