Everyone’s favorite time of year is finally here, and what’s a winter celebration without ice skating? This year, the Bellevue Downtown Ice Rink presented by Symetra is back with some whacky, festive seasonal fun. Don’t miss these special events happening throughout the season.
Grand Opening
Friday, November 15 (3:30 PM)
The Bellevue Downtown Ice Rink presented by Symetra is officially opening for the season! Join us for the first day with special guest Belle the Bobcat.
Ugly Sweater Saturdays
Every Saturday
Kick off the holidays at the Rink! Show off your best "ugly", holiday-themed sweater and put your best foot forward with other festive skaters.
Football Sundays
Every Sunday
There's no better way to cheer on the Seahawks than by repping their colors with pride! Skate with fans in your best gear during every Sunday game.
Superhero Day
Wednesday, November 20
Unleash your inner hero on Superhero Day at the ice rink. Dress up as your favorite superhero and show off your powers as you skate into action!
Tie Dye Day
Wednesday, November 27
Get ready to brighten up the ice with Tie Dye Day at the rink! Throw on your favorite colorful tie-dye creations and bring a splash of color to your skate.
Neon Night
Wednesday, November 4
Light up the night with a neon-themed skate experience on the ice. Throw on your brightest, boldest apparel, and get ready to glow!
Kraken Night
Wednesday, December 11
Show your support for Seattle’s very own hockey team on Kraken Night! Join the sea of fans dressed in Kraken gear!
Pajama Party
Wednesday, December 18
Get cozy on the ice for Pajama Day at the rink! Slip into your favorite PJs, grab some hot cocoa, and enjoy a cozy experience on the ice.

Free Skate Lessons (5:30 PM - 7:30 PM)

Have little experience on the ice? Come learn from a professional ice skating coach throughout the season, courtesy of Microsoft. All ages welcome, skate admission not included.
Private Lessons
Serious about learning how to skate? Private lessons are available for all ages, by appointment only.
