Warm weather brings a unique craving of delicious ice-cold desserts. If you're looking for something to keep you cool this summer, here are seven dessert spots to visit in Downtown Bellevue.
Nana's Green Tea
This modern cafe originates from Tokyo, Japan and incorporates traditional Japanese ingredients. Their menu has a variety of parfaits & soft serve such as the matcha mochi parfait, hojicha mochi parfait, and many others!
Molly Moon's
Molly Moon's opened their parlor with the philosophy of bringing people together through the common shared love of ice cream. They create their ice cream using the freshest ingredients they can through partnering with local farmers and producers. Their daily menu includes fifteen flavors with four seasonal options that are currently churro, strawberry shortcake, watermelon sorbet, and vegan brownie batter.
Snowy Village
Snowy Village serves traditional Korean desserts such as their frozen treat bingsu. It is a type of shaved ice that has toppings and many different types of flavors such as strawberry, oreo, cheesecake, green tea, and many others! We recommend getting their seasonal mango bingsu, this is made with fresh fruits, condense milk and whipped cream.
Fogrose Atelier
With a creative space, Fogrose Atelier offers delicious culinary creations. They have an ice cream flight that includes three scoops of nitro ice cream of your choice on top of waffle triangles. Their ice cream list includes chocolate, vanilla, cookies & cream, ube, matcha, and jackfruit apricot goat cheese.
Hui Lau Shan
Founded in Hong Kong, Hui Lau Shan started their business from selling Chinese herbal tea that had developed into a global food and beverage brand. Hui Lau Shan now serves different types of innovative and creative desserts. Their menu includes an assortment of fresh fruit desserts with soft serve ice creams featuring flavors like strawberry, mango, and coconut.
Semicolon Café
Semicolon Café is dedicated to creating a relaxing space to enjoy the items on their menu. They are dedicated to serving delicious summer treats like ice cold coffee, pastries and their most popular item - bingsus. Bingsu is made with shaved ice with fresh fruits and a variety of toppings. Their flavors include mango, matcha, strawberry, black sesame, chocolate, and matcha strawberry.
Milk Bar
This trending dessert shop started out in New York and now has many stores across the United States. While they have plenty of sweet items on their menu like cookies, cakes and pies, Milk Bar is most famous for their special soft serve ice cream. Stop in on the second floor of Bellevue Square by Nordstrom and try their cereal milk soft serve to cool down this summer!
