The Best of Fall at the Kelsey Creek Farm Fair
Growing up in Bellevue, the Kelsey Creek Farm Fair was something I looked forward to every autumn. This year, it celebrates its 35th anniversary! The Kelsey Creek Farm started as a local dairy farm and was eventually purchased by the City of Bellevue and reopened in 1972.
Fair Date: October 7, 2011
Time: 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Location: Kelsey Creek Farm, 410 130th Place SE
Entry: Free
The Kelsey Creek Farm Fair is a family-friendly, technology-free event. Take the time to put your phones down and enjoy the crisp autumn air, tractor-pulled wagon rides, pumpkins, and farm animals. There's nothing quite like fall in the Pacific Northwest.
There are many free activities to enjoy: live music and dance by Cowboy Buck and Elizabeth, heritage demonstrations by the Eastside Heritage Center, and a critter 4-H. Other low cost activities include: a pumpkin patch and decorating, children's crafts, and pony rides.
Good to know!:
- Free shuttles are available from Bannerword Sports Park and the Wilburton Park and Ride.
- The event is CASH only. There is no ATM on site and credit cards are not accepted.
- Dogs not allowed in barnyard area.
