Guest Speaker:
Molly Moon Neitzel | Founder & CEO, Molly Moon's Homemade Ice Cream
After a career in the political and music industries, Molly Moon Neitzel followed her passion for ice cream and formed a business with community in mind. She opened her first Molly Moon's Homemade Ice Cream shop in the spring of 2008, transforming a small space in Seattle's Wallingford neighborhood into the beginnings of a phenomenon. She’s since opened nine scoop shops, including a flagship store in Downtown Bellevue, all with the goal of “making the world better one scoop at a time.” The company is frequently heralded for its workplace wellness and nonprofit partnerships, and the ice cream hailed as one of the best in the U.S. by Bon Apetit, Sunset, Food & Wine, and Travel + Leisure.
