The Washington State Food Truck Association is an advocacy organization helping food trucks succeed in this very competitive small business industry. It aims to serve as a central hub of communication & information, an event & catering referral and information source, and will provide local and state-level proactive lobbying and advocacy. Member resources are provided for those in the start- up phase, guidance is offered to municipalities looking to update their mobile food vending laws, and management programs coordinated for properties seeking to provide reputable and reliable food truck menus.
